Grupo Herdez is a leading producer of shelf-stable foods and frozen yogurt in Mexico, and a leader in the Mexican food category in the United States.

The Company participates in a wide range of categories including burritos, coffee, guacamole, frozen yogurt, homemade sauces, honey, ketchup, marmalade, mayonnaise, mini tacos, mole, mustard, pasta, spices, tea, tomato puree, tuna vegetables and organic foods, among others.

The products are commercialized through an exceptional portfolio of brands, including Aires de Campo®, Barilla®, Chi-Chi’s®, Del Fuerte®, Don Miguel®, Doña María®, Embasa®, Herdez®, La Victoria®, McCormick®, Nutrisa®, Wholly Guacamole® and Yemina®. In addition, the Company has distribution agreements for the Kikkoman®, Ocean Spray®, Reynolds® and Truvía® products in Mexico.

The Group’s infrastructure is comprised of 14 plants (12 in Mexico, 1 in the United States and 1 in Chile), 9 distribution centers (8 in Mexico and 1 in the United States), 7 tuna vessels a workforce of more than 9,000 associates. The company also has a research and development facility that enables to offer new and improved products that deliver added value for customers and consumers.

In terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Grupo Herdez is mainly focused on: 1) improving the environmental performance by efficiently using resources and by the utilization of clean and renewable energies, and on 2) providing nutrition education to reduce the malnutrition indices in Mexico through the Saber Nutrir program and the Herdez Foundation. The Company was founded in 1914 and has been listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1991 under the ticker symbol HERDEZ*.
